Acceptance of Terms

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by BakeTrustSource. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of order placement for retail items. Custom orders require a 50% deposit.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the specified timeframe. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

Retail orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before pickup/delivery. Custom cake orders require 48-hour notice for cancellation. Deposits for cancelled custom orders are non-refundable within 48 hours of scheduled completion.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.
